Half-Day Retreat (4 Hours) - Designed to deepen connection, restore balance, and spark insight.
  Includes:

·        Opening meditation & breathwork

·        Intention setting and introductions

·        Yoga for all levels

·        Immersive sound bath experience

·        Guided group reflection & process

·        Mindful communication / listening workshop

Full-Day Immersion (6–7 Hours) - A full journey of reflection, movement, creativity, and connection.
