This In-person Back-to-School Empowerment Day for youth ages 7 to 10 is a focused event designed to give kids fun, age-appropriate tools to:
Build self-love
Learn simple calming strategies for stress or nerves
Practice mindfulness
Connect with peers in a safe, positive space
Celebrate their unique strengths as they begin the school year!

It will provide a safe, uplifting space where youth can learn to identify their strengths, express themselves more confidently, and develop a positive self-image. Through a mix of guided discussion, interactive activities, and practical tools, participants will be ready to begin a new school year. The cost is $25 per participant. The clinic is from 12:30 - 2:00 pm CT.
